Electronic operation adjustment
The device is set up and adjusted using the built-in controller. This function allows the operator to fine-tune the condensate drain and adjust the system temperature to meet the specific task.
Low noise level
The very low noise level has been achieved through improvements to the internal architecture. The noise characteristics of IRONMAC dehumidifiers do not exceed the established values in accordance with GOST 12.1.003.
Two-circuit system
This is a modern solution using a two-circuit air cooling system where the refrigerant circuit is closed. The moisture contained in the air falls out as condensation and is removed from the system.
Special shape of the blades
The fan blades have a special blade structure, which allows for high heat dissipation rates and, most importantly, prevents the fan from becoming unbalanced, thereby extending the life of the refrigerant dryer.
The possibility of modular installation
The housing of the dryer device was developed by the engineers of the IRONMAC concern specifically for modular block stations, which allows its installation, both on the receiver and separately. The universal design has an upper location of the supply of communications, which allows for more quickly and conveniently perform inspection of threaded connections, installation and dismantling of equipment.
Principle of operation:
Drying of compressed air is carried out by cooling it. Cooling of air is carried out in the air/freon radiator. The freon circuit is closed. The moisture contained in the air falls out as condensation and is removed from the system.
