High-pressure drying unit BO 2.5/400 (UEC)

The BO 2.5/400 (UEC) drying unit consists of two steel cylinders filled with a mixture of zeolite and silica gel. Cylinder 1 is used for air drying, while cylinder 2 is regenerated. The drying unit also includes a final air purification filter, shut-off and control valves, and a unit for heating the air used for regeneration. Depending on the configuration, the BO 2.5/400 (UEC) is equipped with a dew point sensor, an air distribution pressure gauge, a non-return valve, and a heating element shutdown thermostat.
The drying unit can operate continuously without stopping for regeneration. It allows you to obtain "dry" air that is free from water, oil, and mechanical impurities, with a dew point of no more than -70 degrees Celsius, a pressure of up to 400 atm, and a volume of up to 2.5 m3/minute.
Air with this degree of purification is used in the aerospace industry, in the production of products for the Ministry of Defense, and is also suitable for breathing and is used by the Ministry of Emergency Situations to refill cylinders used for breathing during emergency situations and to refill cylinders used by divers.
The BO 2.5/400 (UEC) drying unit is used to replace the BV-200/200-400 drying units.
