DPV-4.2-200/6-2

The DPV4.2-200/6-2 expander unit is designed to produce low temperatures by expanding compressed air. It is used as part of small-capacity stationary and modular air separation plants.
Each unit consists of an expander and a brake electric motor mounted on a common frame, and is equipped with a control panel that provides power for the expander's electrical circuitry.
The expander features an electromagnetic inlet valve actuator, a direct-flow exhaust system, a lubricant-free piston seal, and protection against overheating.
The prototype is the DVD-13. The DPV4.2 expander is completely different from the prototype, although its main technical characteristics, installation, and connection dimensions are the same as those of the DVD-13. The DPV4.2 is based on a unified platform of diaphragm compressors with a piston force of 40 kN.
