UKS 630V-P4M

UKS-630V-P4M is a mobile compressor station powered by a diesel engine, the YMZ-236M2. The compressor station is designed to ensure uninterrupted operation without the need for an external power source.
The ambient temperature for stable operation of the compressor unit varies in the range of minus 50ºC to 50ºC, this characteristic allows to carry out pressure testing with dry air (dew point >60ºC) of oil, gas and pipelines in the field under pressure of 150, 230, 400 or 630 kgf/cm2. The station is indispensable when operating as part of geological and seismic complexes in the oil and gas industry, as well as when testing cylinders and vessels under high pressure.
The UKS-630 compressor was designed after the Great Patriotic War for use at airfields, and it is still actively used in the aerospace industry and missile systems of the Ministry of Defense. The compressor unit has proven to be a reliable high-pressure unit.
