UKS 400V

UKS-400V is a modular compressor station powered by a YMZ-236M2 diesel engine. The compressor station is designed to ensure uninterrupted operation without the need for an external power source.
The ambient temperature for stable operation of the compressor unit varies in the range of minus 50ºC to 50ºC, this characteristic allows to carry out pressure testing with dry air (dew point >60ºC) of oil, gas and pipelines in the field under pressure of 150, 230 or 400 kgf/cm2. The station is indispensable when operating as part of geological and seismic complexes in the oil and gas industry, as well as when testing cylinders and vessels under high pressure.
The modular design of the UKS-400V compressor station makes it possible to transport the unit on a KAMAZ, MAZ, etc. chassis, which greatly simplifies maintenance and operation. Various types of upgrades are available for this compressor station, such as:
