Screw Block
In-house production of the screw pair using high-precision Mazak (Japan) machine tools and quality inspection performed on German Leitz (Germany) coordinate measuring machines ensures high manufacturing accuracy of components. This, in turn, significantly reduces profile and face leakages and directly impacts the actual performance of the compressor.
MAM6080 Controller
The compressors are equipped with an intuitive controller that automatically switches off the electric motor when operation is not required and allows the required parameters to be set directly from the control panel. It regulates unloading in accordance with the current air consumption level.
Inverter
The device maintains constant pressure in the system and responds immediately to changes in the network. Compressors with a variable frequency drive adjust the output capacity to the actual demand for compressed air, thereby achieving significant energy savings.
Separation System
A three-stage separation system in the vertically arranged oil tank reduces the residual oil content in the compressed air to 3 mg/m³. An oil level sight glass and a convenient oil drain valve on the oil tank (requiring no special tools) ensure ease of routine maintenance.
Triple Air Filtration
The block station is equipped with three main line filters, ensuring maximum air preparation and protection for the laser machine optics.
  • Main line pre-filter, down to 1 μm, series P;
  • Main line fine filter, down to 0.01 μm, series G;
  • Main line filter for removing oil vapor and odor, series V.
