Screw Block
In-house production of the screw pair using high-precision Mazak (Japan) machine tools and quality inspection performed on German Leitz (Germany) coordinate measuring machines ensures high manufacturing accuracy of components. This, in turn, significantly reduces profile and face leakages and directly impacts the actual performance of the compressor.
"Wet Receiver" Principle
The internal pipeline connection is arranged according to the "wet receiver" principle:
Compressor -> Receiver -> Filter -> Dryer
This technology allows the bulk of the condensate to be retained in the receiver, promoting maximally dried air after the dryer.
Autonomous Cooling
The air cooling system is equipped with an independent electric drive and starts operating based on temperature. This eliminates the need for a large oil circuit and additional piping, thereby reducing the volume of oil used in the compressor.
Separation System
A three-stage separation system in the vertically arranged oil tank reduces the residual oil content in the compressed air to 3 mg/m³. An oil level sight glass and a convenient oil drain valve on the oil tank (requiring no special tools) ensure ease of routine maintenance.
Air Filtration
The base version of the block station is equipped with a main line pre-filter with a clogging indicator and a cartridge included. The filter is already built into the system before the dryer and has the following parameters: main line safety filter, down to 1 μm, series P.
