Screw Block
In-house production of the screw pair on high-precision Mazak (Japan) machine tools, with quality inspection on German Leitz (Germany) coordinate measuring machines, ensures high manufacturing accuracy of components. This, in turn, significantly reduces profile and end-face leakages and directly impacts the actual performance of the compressor.
MAM860 Controller
An intuitive controller. It automatically switches off the electric motor when there is no load. Allows parameters to be set from the panel. Adjusts unloading based on current air consumption.
Direct Drive via Coupling
Ensures pressure maintenance with an accuracy of up to 0.1 bar. Responds quickly to changes. The variable frequency drive saves electricity by adapting to demand.
Separation System
A three-stage system in a vertical oil tank reduces oil content to 3 mg/m³. Equipped with a sight glass and a convenient drain valve — requires no special tools for maintenance.
Autonomous Cooling
Air cooling with an independent electric drive that activates based on temperature. Reduces the need for oil and eliminates the need for additional tubing.
