MAM 890 Controller
The compressors are equipped with an intuitive controller. It allows for automatically switching off the electric motor when its operation is not needed, as well as setting the required parameters directly from the control panel. It displays the current operating parameters of the compressor and provides timely notifications about upcoming maintenance.
Belt Drive
V-belts transmit up to 97.6% of the efficiency from the electric motor to the screw block and also help eliminate vibration loads during compressor start-up. The design is as simple as possible and offers the highest level of maintainability for drive mechanisms. The total mass of the compressor is higher than that of a direct-drive model, which contributes to the structure's resistance to vibration and rocking.
Three-Stage Separation System
Located in a vertically arranged oil tank, it reduces the residual oil content in the compressed air to 3 mg/m³. An oil level sight glass and a convenient oil drain valve (no special tools required) ensure ease of routine maintenance.
