Screw Block
In-house production of the screw pair using high-precision Mazak (Japan) machine tools and quality inspection on German Leitz (Germany) coordinate measuring machines ensures high manufacturing accuracy of components. This, in turn, significantly reduces profile and end-face leakages and directly impacts the actual performance of the compressor.
MAM870 Controller
An intuitive controller that automatically switches off the electric motor when not needed and allows parameters to be set from the control panel. Unloading is adjusted based on the current air consumption level.
Autonomous Cooling
The air cooling system with an independent electric drive starts depending on the temperature. This eliminates the need for a large oil circuit and additional tubing, thereby reducing the volume of oil used in the compressor.
Separation System
A three-stage separation system in a vertically arranged oil tank reduces the residual oil content in the compressed air to 3 mg/m³. An oil level sight glass and an oil drain valve facilitate maintenance.
Direct Drive
A reliable design with no performance loss and a long service life. No efficiency loss over time, no replacement or maintenance required. The compact design of the screw pair provides easy access to filters during maintenance.
