Screw Block
In-house production of the screw pair on high-precision Mazak (Japan) machine tools, with quality inspection on German Leitz (Germany) coordinate measuring machines, ensures high manufacturing accuracy of components. This, in turn, significantly reduces profile and end-face leakages and directly impacts the actual performance of the compressor.
Control System
The compressors are equipped with an intuitive controller. It allows for automatically switching off the electric motor when its operation is not needed, as well as setting the required parameters directly from the control panel. It displays the current operating parameters of the compressor and provides timely notifications about upcoming maintenance.
ZhongChen (Ligao) Inverter
Ensures constant pressure maintenance in the system with an accuracy of up to 0.1 bar and responds immediately to changes in network pressure. Compressors with a variable frequency drive adjust their performance to the actual demand for compressed air, thereby achieving significant energy savings.

Direct Compressor Drive
A reliable design with no performance loss and a long service life. No efficiency loss over time, no replacement or maintenance required. The specially designed compact screw pair configuration provides easy access to filters during maintenance.
Three-Stage Separation System in a Vertically Arranged Oil Tank
Reduces the residual oil content in the compressed air to 3 mg/m³. An oil level sight glass and a convenient oil drain valve (no special tools required) ensure ease of routine maintenance.
Standalone Air Cooling System
Equipped with an independent electric drive and starts operating depending on the temperature. This eliminates the need for a large oil circuit and additional tubing, thereby reducing the volume of oil used in the compressor.
